Charge your phone in a hallway / away from your bedroom
When working, keep phone in coat pocket. On coat rack. At the edge of your field of hearing. (basically far but not too far)
MAX DAMAGE COMBO MOVE: Map out the website/app loops you regularly go down.

Turn your display to grayscale
Turn off notifications (and set exceptions for important stuff)
Get rid of giphy’s (hours lost looking for the right gif response)
Careful not to geek out on how and why we’re addicted to screens. Know your opponent - the attention stealers. They want you to only consume, more of them more of their funders…. Act to overcome them.
